These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grahak Khata (the "Service"), provided to shopkeepers and small businesses for maintaining a digital customer ledger. By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Grahak Khata, including customer records, sales, and payment entries, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be authorized to operate the business the account is registered for.
Access to the Service requires an active, paid subscription. Plan pricing, duration, and included SMS credits are shown at checkout before payment. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you may renew manually before or after expiry. If your subscription expires, you can still view your existing records, but creating new sales or payments is paused until you renew.
Customer records, sales, and payment data you enter belong to you. We store it to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You agree not to use Grahak Khata for any unlawful purpose, to misuse the platform's SMS/WhatsApp messaging features to send unsolicited or abusive messages, or to attempt to access another shop's account or data without authorization.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance or improvements.
We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or has an unresolved billing issue, after reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
